Different Health, Inc. and its affiliates (“Different Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operate this Website and related services. We provide practice management and technology support for independent medical professionals (“Providers”), including telehealth-enabled treatment (“Services”).
By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
Use of website
You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written consent.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws.
- Reproduce or exploit Website content commercially without permission.
- Alter, delete, or misuse trademarks or proprietary content.
Mobile messaging terms
Different Health offers two separate text messaging programs that you opt into independently at the mobile number you provide. The account & booking program sends automated account and booking texts such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. The marketing program sends recurring automated promotional texts. Consent to either program is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt into one, both, or neither. Message frequency varies for each program.
You may opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP, after which we will send a single confirmation message and stop sending texts for that program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@differenthealth.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Electronic communication consent
By using the Website, you consent to receive service-related communications via email about your account and bookings. Text messages are sent only if you separately opt in through our signup forms. You acknowledge that email and text are not secure methods of communication.
Refunds and rescheduling
All purchases for services offered through Different Health, Inc. are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients may request to reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of service credit, at our discretion.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
