When you book an assessment or service with us, we assign and hire staff specific to that appointment time to ensure that you receive the highest level of personalized care. In the event of a cancellation, this time slot becomes unavailable to other clients, potentially resulting in lost opportunities for our staff to assist others in need of our services.

Therefore, please understand that cancellations will result in the need to reschedule your appointment, as we do not offer refunds for cancellations. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and accommodate other clients who may desire our services.

Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation may result in a missed appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy, as it helps us maintain the highest standards of service for all of our clients.
